GAir Travel Booking Policy
At GAir Travel, we are committed to providing high-touch, all-inclusive travel experiences. To ensure clarity and quality for every guest, the following policies apply to all reservations.
Booking & Reservation Process
All trip requests are reviewed by our coordination team. A booking is considered confirmed only after:

Submission of the Trip Request Form

Approval by GAir Travel
-
Receipt of a signed travel agreement and 50% deposit
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance. Availability is limited and subject to change.
Payments & Deposits

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your itinerary, accommodations, activity, and curated companion experience

The remaining 50% balance is due 21 days prior to your scheduled departure
-
If full payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be canceled and the deposit forfeited
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 60 days or more before your trip are eligible for a full refund of your deposit

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure are non-refundable; however, the deposit may be applied to a future trip within 12 months

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to jordyn@gairtravel.com

Group & Corporate Bookings
We welcome group and corporate incentive bookings. Customized packages are available upon request. Please contact us to discuss your goals and we will design a tailored experience.
Conduct & Safety
We expect all guests to treat GAir staff, guests, and property with respect. Disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.
