Booking Confirmation

All trip requests are reviewed by a GAir Travel coordinator before approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation. Once approved, you will receive a travel agreement and payment link to finalize your reservation.

Deposit & Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your itinerary (villa, jet, activity, and curated services).

• The remaining 50% is due 21 days before your scheduled trip date.

• If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be canceled and deposit forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the trip date are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the trip are non-refundable, but the deposit may be applied to a future trip.

Trip Modifications

• GAir Travel will accommodate changes in travel dates or preferences when possible. Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees based on availability or third-party costs.

Travel Requirements

• A valid passport is required. Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance with international travel documentation.

• You must be able to depart from New Orleans, LA. 

• Flights, lodging, companions, and activities are curated and arranged for each guest and are non-transferable.

Behavior & Conduct

• All guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward staff, property, companions, and local culture.

• Any inappropriate, dangerous, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the trip with no refund.
