Most guests join us for 3 nights/4 days, but custom durations may be arranged upon request.

You choose. We offer one activity per stay — though you’re welcome to request additional activities for an upgrade.

Currently, all GAir Travel experiences depart from New Orleans, LA via private jet. Your departure city will be confirmed during the booking process based on availability and proximity.

Yes. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your jet, villa, and selected activity. The remaining balance is due 21 days before your trip date.

Extremely. We take privacy seriously — from the flight manifest to villa staffing, everything is handled with confidentiality in mind.

Yes. This is an international trip — a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining is required.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the trip are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, the deposit is non-refundable — but it can be applied to a future trip.

Submit a trip request through our Booking Form, and our team will follow up with a short screening and date availability. Once approved, we’ll finalize your travel details and coordinate everything from there.

Both. You can book solo, with a business partner, or as a group. Group bookings can be tailored with multiple suites and a mix of activities.

Yes. Extended stays, added activities, or upgraded services (like spa treatments or nightlife packages) can be arranged for an additional cost.
